Escafes provides professional culinary consulting, menu engineering, and operational optimization services exclusively to boutique coffee shops, roasteries, and artisanal cafes. All engagements are defined by a written agreement outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and fees. No verbal or implied services are binding unless confirmed in writing.
Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding their business operations, supply chains, and staffing. Clients must grant Escafes reasonable access to their premises and personnel for the duration of the engagement. Failure to provide timely access or accurate data may delay deliverables and is not grounds for a refund.
All materials, methodologies, training curricula, and operational frameworks developed by Escafes remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their internal business operations only. Redistribution or resale of Escafes materials is strictly prohibited.
Escafes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our consulting services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Escafes reserves the right to terminate immediately if a client breaches confidentiality, fails to cooperate, or engages in unlawful conduct.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
